The following ALTINEX products are covered by our Lifetime warranty: MultiTasker solutions or any product model number that starts with MT. For warranty to be active the end user of any MultiTasker product must submit a complete online registration.

- Proof of Ownership?
Submit a valid MultiTasker serial number located on the enclosure.

Only MultiTasker purchased after 1/1/04 will qualify.

7 years from the date of purchase (life of the product).
- Can I purchase a LTW?
No, the lifetime warranty is only available for new MultiTasker equipment and those purchased after 1/1/04.

Terms & Condition Lifetime Warranty The following ALTINEX products are covered by our Lifetime warranty: MultiTasker solutions or any product model number that starts with MT. For warranty to be active the end user of any MultiTasker product must submit the following documents: Completely filled out Warranty registration card (Or register warranty online). Duration Lifetime Warranty As long as the original End User continues to own or use the Product, provided that: fan and power supply warranty is limited to seven(7) years. In the event of discontinuance of product manufacture, ALTINEX warranty support is limited to seven (7) years from the announcement of discontinuance. Three year Warranty The following ALTINEX products are covered by this warranty for a period of three years from the date of original manufacturer shipment: powered computer video interfaces, distribution amplifiers, switchers, matrix switchers, special application products, and Designer Solutions. One-year Warranty The pneumatic gas spring found in ALTINEX Designer Solution/Tabletop products is covered by this warranty for a period of one year from the date of original manufacturer shipment. Ninety-day Warranty The following ALTINEX products are covered by this warranty for a period of 90-days from the date of original manufacturer shipment: cables. RMA Requirement Shipments will not be received and processed for warranty repair/replacement without an issued RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Please contact an ALTINEX representative to request an RMA prior to shipping product to our repair facilities. ALTINEX reserves the right to refund the purchase price as its exclusive warranty remedy. Restrictions This warranty does not apply if the Product (a) has been altered, except by ALTINEX, (b) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by ALTINEX, (c) has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident; or (d) is sold, for beta, evaluation, testing, or demonstration purposes for which ALTINEX does not receive a payment of purchase price or license fee. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN THIS WARRANTY, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, LAW, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE EXTENT AN IMPLIED WARRANTY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, SUCH WARRANTY IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. This disclaimer and exclusion shall apply even if the express warranty set forth above fails of its essential purpose.
